Positioned above Funchal’s coastline, Solar da Boa Nova House offers uninterrupted Atlantic views within one of the island’s most established residential areas. The residence forms part of a new-build project scheduled for completion in March 2026, combining contemporary architecture with carefully specified materials and refined interior finishes.
The layout prioritises light, volume, and privacy. The property includes two spacious suites and a principal master suite, each designed with generous proportions and direct connection to exterior terraces. The living areas are arranged to maximise the ocean outlook, creating a continuous relationship between interior space and the surrounding landscape.
Supporting spaces include a private gym, dedicated office, laundry room, and expansive social areas, designed for both daily living and entertaining. Large covered porches extend the living areas outdoors, allowing year-round use of the terraces while framing the panoramic sea views.
This residence represents a rare opportunity to secure a new contemporary home in Funchal with commanding ocean vistas, where architectural clarity, spatial generosity, and location converge.
