Positioned in an elevated and privileged area of Funchal, this contemporary villa project has been designed to take full advantage of its panoramic Atlantic Ocean views and excellent sun exposure. The property will be built on a carefully positioned plot where the architecture opens towards the sea, creating a strong connection between the interior living areas and the surrounding landscape.
The residence features a four-bedroom layout, including two suites and a spacious master suite, all designed with comfortable proportions and direct access to the exterior terraces. The internal distribution prioritises functionality and privacy, with bedrooms separated by central circulation areas and supported by multiple bathrooms and storage spaces.
The main outdoor living area is centred around a large terrace of approximately 114 m², creating an ideal setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. This space is complemented by a 25 m² swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, positioned to frame the open ocean views.
Additional functional spaces include laundry facilities, storage rooms, guest bathrooms and technical areas, ensuring the property meets the needs of modern family living or a high-end holiday residence.
This project represents an opportunity to build a modern villa in one of Funchal’s most sought-after residential locations, combining privacy, generous outdoor living areas and uninterrupted sea views.
