Finding properties in Parque das Nações

We help you find what you're looking for

The Parque das Nações neighbourhood, also known as Expo due to its origin as the site where the 1998 Lisbon World Exposition happened, is one of the newest parishes of Lisbon. It is located on the eastern border of the city, having its frontiers with the municipality of Loures. As this neighbourhood is one of the last created in Lisbon, its architecture is very new, contrasting with the traditional Portuguese buildings in the city centre. Parque das Nações is also a major business hub in the Portuguese Capital, with several international companies choosing the location for its headquarters, as it is well-connected by metro and by bus, and by the wonderful Vasco da Gama bridge, which connects Lisbon's capital with the cities on the south bay.

If your dream is to relocate to Portugal, contact one of the advisors of Portugal Homes and ask for the best business opportunities in Lisbon. Our range of offers includes residential and commercial properties for sale and even property developments. We are here to help you with your Lisbon real estate ambition.

Choosing Residency by Property Investment in Parque das Nações

Parque das Nações is a very new parish in the Portuguese Capital. Living in this zone is absolutely comfortable, as most of its buildings are recently built over the past 20 years. The parish offers great metro connection, with its metro red line connecting the Lisbon International Airport and the yellow line already in the neighbourhood of Saldanha. Another amazing feature is the Shopping Mall Vasco da Gama, which concentrates luxury brand stores, to food markets. The zone also presents great parks near the river side of the Tejo´s river and amazing viewpoints. Its tourist attractions include the Lisbon Oceanarium and the car cable, as well as the Oriente Station, designed by the famous architect Santiago Calatrava.
