Prime land with Approved Project for Luxury Villa

This large plot with ruin comes as a package with a fully approved project for a luxury Country Villa, removing the stress, bureaucracy and time out of the equation. Loule is one of the larger provinces of the Algarve, and delivers rich diversity in terms of rolling, forested hills, delectable beaches, sumptuous Golf resorts and the award winning Vilamoura Marina. All part of the renowned ‘Golden Triangle’ of Portugal. The capital of the province shares the name of Loule and is a vibrant town, eclectic in it’s mix of restaurants, famous covered market and ‘Carnival’ celebrations. A hub for cyclists and hikers alike – this town has plenty to offer and is just a few minutes drive from the plot, though the location feels suitably secluded and neighboured by a smattering of similar large plotted Villas to generate some sense of community. The exquisite design is a composite of a renowned local architect and the vision of the vendor. With an eye to the modern aspects of living whilst embedded in rurality, the contrast is striking. The project consists of the Villa of some 300m2 plus huge basement for garages, gym, space, studio et al. Though major structural changes are not achievable to this grand design, options to create within the parameters are there for the homeowners to decide. Fixtures, fittings, dimension changes? All within the realms of possibility. Jacuzzi on the rooftop under the stars? Why not? The approval includes a swimming pool and the Villa design is such as to guarantee views of the surrounding countryside and majestic Ocean. All has been considered to make this project at the pinnacle of modern, rural living. The purchase of a plot such as this, the architectural design and the approval of the construction takes years – with this opportunity this has already been achieved ahead of time. With the new owners input and interior freedom this is a great project in waiting and will sate the appetite of the inner creative type. With favourable labour costs the investment perspective is obvious and appreciation is all but guaranteed upon completion.
