O Telheiro – Where Modern Architecture Meets Algarve Tranquillity

O Telheiro – Contemporary Estate, Panoramic Views and Unlimited Scope

Nestled in the rolling hills of Santa Bárbara de Nexe, O Telheiro brings together sleek modern design, total privacy and genuine development potential. Located just a short drive from Faro, Loulé and the Algarve’s prestigious Golden Triangle, it offers the perfect combination of rural tranquillity and accessibility to key amenities.

The estate spans an impressive 12,440 square metres of peaceful countryside and includes two adjoining urban plots along with five rustic parcels. A newly constructed villa is already complete on the higher urban plot, while the second has an approved project ready to begin. This provides the flexibility to create one landmark residence or two distinct homes.

The Main Villa

A pivoting steel entrance door opens directly onto a wall of glass that frames uninterrupted views across the coastline and the surrounding countryside. The ground floor has been designed for modern open-plan living and flows from a lounge hall with a bar into a spacious living area and a designer kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances, Bruma black taps and elegant white Ibiza marble countertops.

The main level also includes a master suite, two junior suites, a guest bathroom and an additional room that can serve as an office or fourth bedroom. Interiors are finished with marine-grade plywood feature walls, underfloor heating, built-in air conditioning and Technal Lumeal glazing for comfort throughout the year. Outside, broad, partially covered terraces invite seamless indoor-outdoor living and step down to an infinity pool that is currently under construction.

Lower Level – Your Canvas

The entire lower level is fully licensed and ready for development. It has been intentionally left unfinished to allow the future owner to personalise the space according to their lifestyle. Whether transformed into a spa, gym, cinema or wellness retreat, this level opens onto a vast covered terrace that is already pre-equipped for poolside use. Private parking is integrated and can accommodate three to four vehicles behind automatic steel gates.
