Designed with contemporary elegance, this exceptional villa features six en-suite bedrooms plus two additional en-suite rooms, offering an expansive and functional living space. Set to be completed by September 2025, this property is an architectural masterpiece. The villa is set on a vast 3,341 m2 plot with a total build area of 1,317 m2, including a covered area of 1,157 m2 and a spectacular 160 m2 roof terrace.

The rooftop is a highlight, boasting a hot tub/pool, stylish loungers, a bar, and a lounge area, all with breathtaking panoramic views over the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. This space is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the Algarve's stunning sunsets.

For parking, the villa provides ample space, with external parking for five cars in two separate areas within the plot, as well as indoor parking for four cars and additional storage in the basement. The extensive basement level is thoughtfully designed, featuring a seventh bedroom, a spacious games and TV room, a gym, and a luxurious wellness area with a sauna, indoor pool, and relaxation zone, all with direct access to the outdoors.

The property’s design embraces modern architecture with premium finishes throughout. Marazzi floor tiles measuring 1.2m x 1.2m are used inside and outside, while the bathrooms are clad in stunning Marazzi tiles reaching 2.7m in height. High-end fixtures and fittings include Villeroy & Boch bathroom equipment and GESSI taps. The home is equipped with underfloor heating, including in the basement, operated by a water pipe system with an electric pump. Comfort is further enhanced with an integrated air conditioning system and a state-of-the-art VMC system that refreshes the air naturally, reducing air conditioning consumption.

A smart home automation system (Domotics) allows effortless control of various home features, while an elegant lift connects all levels, from the basement to the roof terrace. Floor-to-ceiling minimalistic windows feature ultra-thin frames of just two centimetres, ensuring maximum natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor living. In the main lounge, kitchen, and dining areas, the windows fully open with a unique galandage system, creating an uninterrupted flow to the outdoors.

The villa’s Italian-designed kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring a central island and top-of-the-line Miele appliances. The built-in wardrobes are designed with white laser-cut doors and linen interiors, extending from floor to ceiling. Interior doors follow the same sleek design with a pivot system and a white lacquered finish.

Externally, the villa showcases a striking combination of materials, including Marazzi large soft-colored tiles, phenolic wood, and aluminum accents matching the window frames. The main entrance is a design statement, featuring a pivoting front door that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding wall for a spectacular architectural effect.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, featuring a stunning 21-metre-long infinity pool with a shallow beach section, allowing loungers to be placed in the water. A sunken lounge with a fire pit is elegantly positioned within the pool, creating a truly unique setting. There is also a dedicated outdoor entertainment area, complete with a barbecue, dining space, and a lounge area with a TV point, perfect for alfresco gatherings.

The villa’s manicured gardens have been designed by a specialist to complement the luxurious surroundings. A private padel tennis court adds to the lifestyle appeal, making this an exceptional retreat for those who value both relaxation and active living.

Nestled at the end of Ancão Road, just at the entrance to Ancão Beach, part of a breathtaking 17 km-long coastline, this villa offers unparalleled access to nature and outdoor activities. Whether jogging, cycling, or taking a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk, residents can easily reach Quinta do Lago, Gigi Beach, Ancão Beach, and Vale do Lobo.
