5-bedroom villa with 500 sqm of gross construction area, set on a 6,500 sqm plot within the Brejos da Carregueira de Baixo condominium, with breathtaking views over the Herdade da Comporta rice fields, just a 10-minute walk from direct beach access. A rare combination of privacy, nature and the refined lifestyle that defines Comporta.
This property was designed by Labro&Davies and built by Nuno Carvalho, a specialist in Comporta's traditional cabana style. The interior design was created by Françoise Labro (former Editor-in-Chief of Elle Decoration, Vogue Decoration, Vogue Garden & House, Senior Vice President for Ralph Lauren homes, Artistic Director for Baccarat and currently Consultant for Ralph Lauren worldwide events, restaurant design and interior design). The gardens were originally designed by Louis Benesh and later enhanced by Alexandra De Csabay, creating a harmonious blend of natural beauty and sophisticated landscaping.
The property comprises 10 units, including 9 traditional cabanas, carefully distributed across the grounds, with 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, complemented by 2 additional annexes, providing flexible accommodation for a private home office and for yoga and gym activities.
The social areas include a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area and laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a 6x6 pool with deck, next to an infinity pool and a pool house (under construction). The landscaped gardens also feature a decorative fountain with bird bath, contributing to the tranquil ambiance. The property has an enclosed garage, technical areas and reserved parking spaces.
