Located atop a building fully rehabilitated by the Saraiva + Associados studio, this magnificent penthouse is more than a residence; it is an urban sanctuary that evokes the glamour of Manhattan’s most exclusive penthouses, where spaciousness and endless light define a cosmopolitan, sophisticated lifestyle.
Beneath an iconic glass dome, this singular space underwent a profound structural reconfiguration by the award-winning architect Rita Valadão. The interior design studio’s complete intervention was not merely aesthetic; it was carried out to maximize design, functionality, and well-being.
With 248 m² of gross private area, fluidity is the dominant note: the private hall, accessed directly by elevator, opens onto an open-plan social area that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining room, and high-end kitchen.

Unprecedented Investment in Design and Curation

Every detail of this property was conceived as a work of art. The interior design intervention stands out for its use of noble materials and a curated selection of furniture that includes the world’s most prestigious brands:
• Social Area: A vast open space bathed in natural light, decorated with iconic pieces such as the Baxter Kashmir Émeraude sofa, Moroso armchairs, and furniture by Cassina, Roche Bobois, and Flexform.
• Haute-Gastronomy Kitchen: Clad in Taj Mahal marble, it is equipped with the elite Gaggenau Series 400 line, including a technical wine cabinet for 102 bottles.
• Bespoke Woodwork: All carpentry, from the walk-in closet to the library shelving, was custom-designed by the studio and handcrafted in Portugal by Marcenaria Beck, ensuring absolute technical precision.
• Cutting-Edge Technology: An elite entertainment system with a 98” Sony Smart TV and Devialet high-fidelity sound (Dione and Phantom).

The Intimate Retreat: Sensory Comfort and Exclusivity

The penthouse’s private wing was designed as a haven of tranquility, separated from the social area to ensure total privacy.
• Comprising three exquisite suites, the absolute highlight is the Crystal Suite, a design piece in its own right. This space is served by a generous walk-in closet in handcrafted joinery and a bathroom clad in noble Fior di Pesco marble, equipped with underfloor heating and state-of-the-art Grohe Sensia Arena sanitaryware.
• Attention to detail extends to technical comfort: all suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views, protected by high-performance UV films and motorized curtains that allow a smooth transition between Lisbon’s vibrant light and the dimness required for rest. The curated furniture, including pieces from brands such as Tacchini and Flexform, combined with meticulously planned ambient lighting, creates a five-star hotel atmosphere within the comfort of a private home. It is the perfect combination of rigorous aesthetics and the warmth required for a sophisticated lifestyle.

Light, Art, Technology, and Thermal Comfort

• The penthouse is surrounded by glass façades with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the entire city of Lisbon. Living surrounded by glass façades requires masterful light control. To ensure the perfect balance between transparency and privacy, the property features 3M Prestige UV-protection films and a comprehensive system of motorized curtains in all rooms.
• Private Gallery: A curated selection of artworks by national and international artists, establishing an ongoing dialogue between architecture and design.
• Climate Control: Central air conditioning in all rooms.
