This exceptional villa began life as a single-storey holiday home and has since been completely renovated and extended into a refined contemporary residence.
The project was led by renowned architect Vasco Silva Lopes, built by Sistema U and finished with interiors by Eco Lar, resulting in a home that is both elegant and highly functional. The entrance opens into a light-filled, open-plan living and dining space, where high ceilings and a feature light well enhance the sense of volume and create a strong connection to the garden.
A wood burner adds warmth and character, while the kitchen has been positioned to enjoy open views across the swimming pool and landscaped grounds, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow naturally.
Four generous bedroom suites are arranged across two levels, offering comfort and privacy for family and guests. On the upper level, there is a practical office space, along with the principal suite, which benefits from a dressing area and a large private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. From here, access leads to a rooftop terrace, where a small sea view can be enjoyed.
The mature garden is beautifully inviting, laid with Bermuda grass and centred around a heated saltwater swimming pool. A rare feature is the garden’s direct gated access to Salinas Country Club in Quinta do Lago, enjoyed by only a small number of properties. With the Ria Formosa boardwalk just moments away, this villa offers an exceptional lifestyle in one of the Algarve’s most sought-after coastal locations.
