An exceptional contemporary residence within Palmares Ocean Living & Golf Resort in Lagos, offered with an additional plot for the construction of a second villa of 340 m² plus basement.
Designed by Mário Martins, one of Portugal’s most respected architectural studios, the villa is a study in refined modern living, where clean architectural lines dissolve the boundary between sophisticated interiors and the wild natural beauty of the Algarve coastline.
With approximately 700 m² of gross built area set within more than 6,000 m² of land, the property offers a rare level of privacy, scale and exclusivity. Italian travertine flooring, panoramic glass walls and carefully selected natural materials create an atmosphere of understated elegance, designed to feel both contemporary and timeless.
Every detail has been conceived for a lifestyle of comfort, discretion and distinction. The residence includes a private cinema room, gym, wine cellar, heated swimming pool and a six-car garage. Full home automation, underfloor heating and an efficient rainwater harvesting system further reflect the level of technical specification and attention to detail throughout.
More than a residence, this is a complete Algarve lifestyle proposition. Wake to the morning light over the Atlantic, take a buggy through the resort towards the oyster beds of the Ria de Alvor, or enjoy dinner at Al Sud, the Michelin-starred restaurant just moments from home. The nearby Lagos Marina provides access to a full range of nautical experiences, while the arrival of Portugal’s first JW Marriott within the resort further reinforces Palmares as one of the Algarve’s most compelling luxury destinations.
This property brings together privacy, nature, architecture and resort living in a setting of rare distinction. It is a private retreat for those who understand that true exclusivity lies not only in scale, but in setting, design and experience.
Alvor Aerodrome, with air connections to Cascais, is just 15 minutes away, while Faro International Airport is approximately one hour by car.
