5 bedroom palace from 1922, with 384m2, designed by Teixeira Lopes, fully rehabilitated and restored, preserving the charm and sophistication of its original design.
The worked ceilings, the original stained glass windows by Ricardo Leon in the stairwell and the very high ceilings evoke the elegance of other times, now harmoniously combined with all contemporary comfort.
It has two large suites, one of them in the attic, and two bedrooms served by a bathroom. The master suite stands out for the added comfort of the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The social area includes a bright living room, dining room and a modern kitchen, where the charm of the old design is combined with the current functionality, fully equipped with island and underfloor heating. Some rooms also have air conditioning.
As a complement, the palace has an independent annex, transformed into a flat, ideal for guests or to ensure greater privacy.
Outside, there is a well-kept garden and a heated pool.
A true haven of charm, which combines the architectural splendour of the early twentieth century with the comfort of modern life, located in Miramar.
