- Enrolled in the Order of Engineers

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Good knowledge of Autocad

- Good knowledge of 3D and Rendering

- Excellent organisational skills

- Experience in supervising rehabilitation works and construction

- Experience in health and safety coordination

- Ability in works measurement and costs quoting

- Experience in project coordination

- Strategic thinking

- Public relations with third parties involved in the process

- Legally recognised and qualified to subscribe to architectural projects

- Dynamism, proactivity and rigor

- Sense of responsibility, firmness and balance in decisions

- Assiduous and punctual

- English is mandatory and other languages are a plus

- Detailed oriented

- Project coordination & supervision

- Building and construction inspection

- Monitoring of construction and works

- Health and safety coordinator

- Preparation of periodic reports

- Financial control of the works and budget management

Education: 

Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

10 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated experience.
